- I need to know if a work is being used for a Master-list, or else I won't be making edits if they are needed. It is the customer's responsibility to let me know before I start working.
- Proof of MYO/Slots/Alts(for Stygians) must be provided.
- Please provide link to group's traits, so I can make sure to stay within the group's parameters.

If you want an alternate color profile for your design (for groups that has a color changing trait), I will need to be notified ahead of time. It is easier for my workflow if I know before I merge everything together to render.

Process : There will be at least three check-ins (pose check, flats, final).
- Minor changes may be requested during check ins.
- Willing to make changes if there is a problem at mod approval; so long as,
[1] issue is my fault, [2] issue does not stem from customer insisting that X is okay when it is not.
- $10+ charge for edits after work is finished/that does not apply to issue above.
This includes if customer decides they no longer want certain traits.
!HOWEVER, if you want to remove an effect (like glows) I may be able to change at no cost.

Process

[1] issue is my fault (usually stylistic issues) such as but not limited to: Glow not obvious enough, Warren Tail not round enough, Dual-Toned not smooth enough, etc),
[2] issue does not stem from customer insisting that X is okay when it is not. (Examples include: assuming extreme color adjustments were okay without getting prior approval)
- $10+ charge for edits after work is finished/that does not apply to issue above.
This includes if customer decides they no longer want certain mutations/traits. Examples include:
-ordering 4MP hair, but wanting 1MP instead
-ordering 1MP tail, but wanting 3MP instead
-ordering Patterned Anima, not longer wanting it
-ordering Undine Tail, but customer ended up using token on another design
!HOWEVER, if you want to remove an effect (like Luminous Anima, Emberglow Suffusion, Phantom Step) I may be able to change at no cost.
- Pomus and Glamour Horns are not included unless requested.
!If Glamour Horns are requested, it is up to the customer to let me know if they want a version with regular horns BEFORE I start rendering.
